- The semi-skilled workers must get ₹11596 – ₹12766 per month.
- The skilled workers earn ₹15288 – ₹16822 monthly.
- The highly skilled worker can make ₹17638 to ₹19396 per month.

What are the Components of Gross Salary in Jharkhand?
Gross salary is made up of several components. These components contribute to the net salary before any deductions. Below are the four main components of gross salary in Jharkhand:
1) Basic Pay
Basic pay can be equal to or higher than the minimum wage, but it cannot be lower than the specified minimum wage in Jharkhand.
