“Product” refers to CloveHR.
“Company” refers to Devstringx Technologies PVT LTD.
“User” refers to any individual or entity using CloveHR.
“Services” refer to all HR management solutions provided by CloveHR.

3. Account Registration:

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under their account.

4. Use of Services

Users must comply with all applicable laws.
Unauthorized access, modification, or misuse of CloveHR’s services is prohibited.
CloveHR may suspend accounts violating these terms.

5. Subscription & Payment

CloveHR operates on a subscription-based model.
Payments must be made as per the agreed billing cycle.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated herein. Users can cancel their subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for partial use of the service. In case of service termination by CloveHR due to a technical failure or company decision, a pro-rated refund may be provided.

7. Data Privacy & Security

CloveHR ensures data security through encryption and compliance with legal standards. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their data. CloveHR is not liable for data loss due to external breaches beyond its control.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, and content provided by CloveHR remain the property of the company. Users cannot copy, modify, or redistribute any CloveHR intellectual property without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

CloveHR is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. CloveHR’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last subscription cycle.

10. Service Availability & Modifications

CloveHR strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. CloveHR may modify or discontinue services with prior notice.

11. Termination & Suspension

Users may terminate their accounts at any time. CloveHR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts due to non-compliance with these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CloveHR operates. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they shall be subject to arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

CloveHR may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes agreement to updated Terms.
